Website Spotlight: JC Property Management

We’re pleased to showcase the website we designed for JC Property Management, a trusted property management partner serving Cornwall and surrounding areas in Prince Edward Island. Founded in 2014 by Cody and Jenn MacDonald as a small side venture, the company has grown impressively—from managing under 20 units in 2015 to over 150 units by November 2019—including residential homes, commercial buildings, and vacation rentals.

The website provides clear, accessible navigation for both property owners and tenants, featuring services like:

• Full Property Management Services: leasing, rent collection, unit turnovers, maintenance coordination, monthly statements, and 24/7 emergency assistance.

• Seasonal Property Monitoring: weekly or monthly property checks for vacation homes, including insurance documentation and emergency response.

• Vacation Property Management: turn-key services for short-term rentals, including guest coordination, cleaning, licensing support, and round-the-clock availability.

The design is streamlined and intuitive, offering online rental applications, tenant login access, and a Free Rental Evaluation tool for property owners.
