Website Spotlight: East Point Lighthouse – Canada’s Confederation Lighthouse
We were honored to develop the digital home for East Point Lighthouse, a historic and iconic landmark on Prince Edward Island—built in 1867 and proudly known as Canada’s Confederation Lighthouse. The website shares rich history and visitor details: climb the 67-step, 64-foot tower, explore artifacts from past keepers (1867–1989), visit the adjacent craft shop housed in the original fog alarm building, and enjoy panoramic views of where the Northumberland Strait meets the St. Lawrence—and incredible birdwatching opportunities too.
The site offers essential information on admission, guided and self-guided tours, seasonal hours (May 18 – September 30, 2025, 10 AM–6 PM), contact info, and more—all wrapped in a user-friendly layout appropriate for both history lovers and casual visitors.
